In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. He chose the name ASICS for his company in 1977, based on a famous Latin phrase "Anima Sana In Corpore Sano," which, when translated, expresses the ancient ideal of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body." Very comfortable running shoe.
I have a different color of this shoe but it is still the same. It lasts a long time and it is one of the most comfortable shoe i have ever worn. It is heavier than other running shoes but that is why the whole shoe is really comfortable, not just the bottom. It is great for either running, walking, or just wearing them. It is the best asics shoe i have ever had. The traction is really good on it and the shoe has vents in it so ur feet dont get hot or overheat. This is the best asic shoe i have ever had.

These running shoes are very comfortable and provide good support to my feet and knees. Quality is good and last longer than most other shoes in this price range.

This shoe is excellent for running or walking. With gel it has a good comfort for your joints. No problem with shoe has a nice design. Highly recommend the shoe.
